Greentec utilizes our secure collection containers to ensure data and devices are managed safely from pick-up to the completion of our data destruction services.
When items are picked up through our variety of logistics pick-up and removal services, these items are loaded onto our fleet of trucks, operated by drivers that have undergone extensive background checks and training in health, safety, environmental, security, and quality processes.
Once the trucks have been loaded up with devices destined for secure data destruction, the trucks are locked, sealed and seal numbers are recorded on the Bill of Lading (BOL) to ensure your protection and security.
How Secure are our Secure Collection Containers?
We work hard to protect your data by only expediting your IT assets in our secure collection containers.
All storage containers are sealed with a tracking tie or locked by key. Once the container has arrived at the Greentec facility, the seal is verified and broken by the receiver to ensure complete safety and security during transportation.
How can I schedule a pick-up?
Clients can schedule a pick-up service directly through the client services team by phone, email or online form submissions. The client service team responds to all service requests within a 2-hour timeframe and the pick-up is scheduled within 2 business days of the request being made.
