What pick-up services are available?
- Standard Pick-Up- This service is offered to clients who want a secure, lower-cost option. Greentec will schedule your pick-up on an optimized route when we are scheduled to be in your geographical area. Pricing is based on the location and amount of devices included in the pick-up order.
- White-Glove Service- This service is offered to clients who have loose items that require consolidation, need inventory to be accounted for, and want items packaged onsite. Pricing is based on time and materials spent onsite.
- Secure Chain-of-Custody Service- This service is available to clients that require the highest level of security and traceability when it comes to handling their sensitive items, such as media and data-bearing devices. This pick-up service is dedicated solely to an individual client’s order, with full documentation and tracking applied to the movement of all items. Pricing is based on location.
What services are offered on devices that are picked up?
On all picked up devices and materials, Greentec offers:
- Secure data destruction such as certified data erasure or certified shred
- Environmentally sustainable recycling
From start to finish, the Greentec process ensures the secure management of your privacy and responsible recycling of your devices.
Upon completion of our services, we will provide you with a “Certificate of Data Erasure or Certificate of Destruction”. This is our guarantee to our secure data destruction processes and your protection.
